Description
Responsible for ensuring the clean, sanitary and presentable appearance of areas within the building to which a person is assigned to clean. Custodial tasks include:

• Sweeping and wet mopping hard floors.
• Vacuuming of carpeted floors.
• Dusting all furniture (bookshelves, tables, etc.) ledges and horizontal surfaces.
• Emptying trash cans as well as removing/disposing of trash.
• Clean/Disinfecting restrooms and break rooms, as applicable.
• Clean/Disinfect/Polish water fountains
• Clean door glass/windows for fingerprints/smudges.
• Clean/Disinfect kitchen (appliances, cabinets, drawers, etc.)
• Completing other job duties as may be requested.

Minimum Requirements

• General knowledge/experience of commercial office cleaning preferred, but not required.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to read, write, and follow oral/written instructions.
• High school diploma or GED required.
